This
Purchase Order Contract is entered into between Wight Lightning
Retrievers (hereafter referred to as SELLER) and
_______________________________________(hereafter referred to as
BUYER).
Agreement
Subject to the following terms and conditions, BUYER agrees to
purchase and SELLER agrees to sell one Labrador Retriever puppy from
the litter of the dog and bitch listed below.

Price
The
purchase price of the puppy shall be twelve hundred dollars ($1,200).
Deposit
Process
A
three hundred dollar ($300) non-refundable deposit shall be paid by
BUYER to SELLER to establish a priority list for a puppy from the
subject litter. BUYER
will specify at the time of the deposit the gender of the puppy to be
purchased. This deposit is not a "guarantee" that a puppy of
the specified gender will be available for purchase from the subject
litter. The deposit does
establish BUYER'S position on a priority list for the subject litter.
Available puppies from the litter are sold to buyers on the
priority list in chronological order of when the deposits were
received by SELLER. SELLER
shall notify BUYER of the availability of a puppy as soon as possible
after the litter is born but no later than when the puppies are 3 days
of age. If a puppy of the
specified gender or color is not available from either preference #1
or #2, the deposit will be refunded in full and this contract becomes
void.
Release
Date and Possession
When a
puppy is available SELLER shall specify a release date that the puppy
is available for transfer to BUYER.
BUYER shall pay the remainder of the purchase price prior to
taking possession of the puppy. BUYER
shall take possession of the puppy within two days of the release date
either by pick-up or shipping at BUYER'S expense.
Shipping expenses include the cost of an airline approved
crate, travel expenses, and health certificate.
BUYER may leave the puppy with SELLER past the release date
with prior arrangements and a charge of $10.00 per day.

signing below, I acknowledge that I have both read and agree to the
conditions set forth in this contract.
I further acknowledge that I understand that this deposit is
non-refundable (except in the case that the puppy becomes
unavailable), and my deposit will be forfeited if I decide not to take
delivery of the puppy as agreed.
